Is There Deposit Policy?
Yes, there is a 30% deposit for confirmed services. The deposit reserves your appointment for the date and time requested.
What Are The Cancellation Fees?
The cancellation fee comes from the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if the service is canceled 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment. However, any appointment canceled with more than a 24 hour heads-up is eligible for a deposit refund.
What Is Your Sanitation Policy?
I abide by the Colorado State Department of Regulatory Agencies' sanitation guidelines for Estheticians. I use Barbicide, an industry standard sterilizer, for all non-porous objects, where they sit for a minimum of 10 minutes, per industry guidelines. With single-use items, disposables will not be used more than once on a client or product. I also sanitize with 90% isopropyl alcohol after Barbicide soaks, and services to ensure all bacteria are gone.
Are You Insured?
I am fully insured by Hands On Trade Association - Certificate #2842150616. This insurance covers Esthetics and everything that is underneath that license.
